I get the following message on the death blue screen when shutting down Windows ME.
An exception OE has occureed at 0028:F000F841 in VXD This was called from 0028:C001D188 in VXD NDIS(01) + 00005AA0

I reinstalled Windows but it did not help. I recently installed my DSL modem, and a game. What is the problem and what can I do to fix it. Please help

More info needed my friend. I'm guessing you have an Nvidia chipped graphics card, goto http://www.nvidia.com and donload the reference detonator 3 drivers (I know they're old but they should work).

Let me know how you get on and send some info on your system specs!

Had the same problem. Using the 6.50 Nvidia drivers cleared this for me.
