Have you tried updating your gpu driver?
January 7, 2011 6:18:39 AM

800x600 places all the load on the CPU. The GPU will have nothing to do. Play at a higher resolution and see what happens.

Having said that, your PC shouldn't have trouble running CS: Source at ANY resolution. What power supply do you have?

Is it only with CS or with all games?
January 7, 2011 1:44:43 PM

Well, i dont play other games so hard to tell. But downloading some games now.

is it anything that can help my lag issues?
January 7, 2011 1:54:11 PM

Downloading from where? Just asking. Keep in mind, if this is a pirate copy of the game, we won't help you any further.
January 7, 2011 2:02:48 PM

Its no pirate copying :)  using game platform steam

Cool. That's fine then. See how some other games perform and then get back to us.

Is it anything i can do that "could" help ?
January 7, 2011 2:14:06 PM

Can't say for sure what the problem is yet. I first need to find out if you have bad performance with all games or just this one.

Counter-Strike 1.6 runs perfect with no fps drop.

installing Call of Duty Black Ops now.
January 7, 2011 5:14:34 PM

Ok, looks like Call of Duty Black Ops got insane laggs
January 8, 2011 12:00:41 AM

Neither of those are good games to test with. CS 1.6 could run on a Pentium III, while Black Ops for the PC has some documented lag issues.
