A7V won't post... Ideas?

A7V 1.02 with 800 Athlon won't post. 256 MB 32x4 DIMM with all default jumper settings, in JumperFree mode. Tried various PCI and AGP cards, to no avail.

Any ideas will help. Maybe I'll just order Dell next time...

if you have experience in doing so, reseat your chip, agp card and memory, not too hard to do. next check and make sure ALL of the jumpers are set to the default, you may have missed something. then make sure you have a big enough power supply (bigger than 300w) in order to juice up everything.

Try resetting the CMOS...se page 59 of the manual.
