Lockup on Excavaton

Have you got the latest patch (1.3) for the game?
Do you have problems with any other games or 3d benchmark utilities like
3dmark/aquamark?

No just Doom3. It eventually went through and I beat the game. The
ending was quite easy. I think the guy with the Seekers was harder.

Try those for your Radeon, they fixed all my freezes in Doom 3 (as well
as improving performance and quality)
