1920x1080

My Monitor will only do 1920x1080. Will I run into issues with newer games as from what I understand many support 1920x1200 rather than 1920x1080.

i have a 3 1920x1080 monitors and not once have i run into an issue

You should be fine. Modern games support many different resolutions, and 1920x1080 is quite common as far as I know.
