Can the ASUS P3V133 motherboard support the Intel Pentium 3-1000MHz CPU (FC-PGA)?

It does have a 133MHz FSB and you can manually set the clock ratio to 7.5X. It should be possible. You can use a riser card for the FC-PGA.

I just want to know if anyone has tried doing this and succeeded. What are some alternative mainboards within the price range: $90-$110?

thanks boxcar. I have actually been to this page already.I was just wondering if anyone has actually tried this successfully and if so, were there any problems? Are there any performance issues, etc.
