No Video output

I just bought a new motherboard and amd slot a 950, stuck it into my case, and added a radeon video card.
When I power on the fans, and lights on the keyboard come on.

I've never run through the BIOS, since I have no video.
I've checked to make sure the card was seated into the AGP correctly, and it seems nice and tight.

Please let me know if any of you have any idea..
Thanks

Is your monitor plugged in?!?! Hehe, j/k. Check to make sure the cable is snug though.

Is there any chance that it can be a power supply problem?

Everything seems to be getting power except possibily the video card.

The Power Supply is 300 watts.

I've only got 1 hard drive, 1 cd-rom, floppy drive, and a modem.

The fan on the video card spins when I power up.
