Anyone know how to flash a AmericanMegatrends Bios

Hey
always in the past i have always got a mb with Award bios
i just like award,
anyhow.. when i upgraded i could only afford a gigabyte 7Zm for my duron 800 and withought thinking to ask it unforfunately came with ami bios,
soo.. i have a update for it and with award i knew exactly what do to, it was easy and i felt safe flashing it
now with AMI its some weird color screen and soooooo many options i get overwhelmed
anyone know exactly what to do in terms of flashing it?
There is no info so im totally lost here

Same as AWARD. Make a bootable floppy, extract your *.bin and BIOSflash utility to same floppy, boot to said floppy, flash BIOS. Don't forget to archive your original BIOS utility, particularly if you don't have 2 CMOS chips on your mainboard...
