Whats the difference? The front side buss speed?

There are a few differences with the new kt7a-raid.
First of all the support for 266 fsb as you had mentioned.
Also the 4 ide ports now all have ultr dma ata 100 support whereas he kt7 has 2 at 66 clock speed and two at 100.
Then theres the new fan on the southbridge chip.
Im pretty sure thats it.
