Most mobo manufactures have a version of the flash file for the bios you cann use in win2k. If not you could ahve a problem ..
The problem can offcourse be cured by putting on win 98 or another os thats supports booting in dos
also you could make a dsso boot disk and boot from there.. also put the flash prograam on the disk and then run it ..

just be creative ... iots not that hard.

Hey man i dont know .. i just think i do !!

One way of doing it is to use a windows 9x boot disk, and boot from there. Then use another disk with your flash utility and your flash binary and run this from the a: prompt. This works for Supermicro, Asus, AOpen, and Abit motherboards. I have done it with Supermicro P6DGU, Abit BX6 II, Aopen AX-63Pro, and Asus CUSL-2 motherboards, it worked perfectly well for all of these using a Windows 98SE and Windows Millenium Boot Disks.

Hope this helps.
