Hi.

Is there a mobo with AMD DDR chipset with on board RAID.
Even one not out yet -- Not needed till mid to end of Feb.

Thanks

If money was no object, how could you spend it!

the asus a7v133 supports raid 0 through their southbridge chipset i believe,

so i'll hazard a guess that the a7m266 ddr board will use the same southbridge chipset, thus supporting raid 0

You can also just buy a raid controller card - the only drawback is it takes up a PCI slot. Other then that there is no difference. I don't think any southbridges have built in raid, it's just an extra IDE controller chip on the motherboard. Asus seems to use Promise IDE raid controllers while Abit adds HighPoint raid controllers.
