Watching SC2 streams

Hey guys,

So I play SC2 alot and like to watch the featured streams on TeamLiquid for tips. But lately, the streams are lagging. This never use to happen before, so I'm not sure whats up with my internet. Looking at the networking through the task manager I get the following:

Is that showing my internet kicking in and out? I get 7 Mbps for downloading so I don't think it should be lagging. Any help would be great!

run a speedtest @ speedtest.net and a pingtest @ pingtest.net, if you receive abnormal results, bypass your router if you have one connected. if the issue continues, replace the ethernet connection, or call your ISP to schedule an appointment where they can check the physical connections
