Is your current case and power supple an AT or an ATX? If the computer turns itself off when you pick "shutdown" then it is an ATX and any ATX (standard) motherboard will work.

Just give it up, Killian. I built an AMD 800 t-bird after my first 233 P-5. You won't believe the difference. Even though I am networking the two together, the p-5 sounds like a Model T compared to my new ATX Tower of Power. My combo CD/burner/DVD player works OK, all (4) fans are running, and I love it. You will simply have to start over. I wouldn't want you to miss a thing!
