How is this setup for today's games?

At the moment my setup is,

AMD Phenom II x6 1055t
ASRock 890GX Extreme3 Mobo
Gigabyte HD 6970 2GB
8GB 1333 Kingston RAM
Antec 750W TP PSU

My monitor's native resolution is 1680x1050, how would this setup run with today's games at max settings and 1680x1050 resolution? Things like Black Ops, or BC etc. (games of today)

Your setup is a great one. You can play almost all the games while maxing them out in your native 1680 X 1080 resolution. You can even play the upcoming most anticipated Crysis 2 as well.

Nice settings, will run any game you throw at it. You can even upgrade to a full hd, 1080 P monitor resolution, better visual experience.
