Crysis does not working after OC'd

I OC'd my i7 930 to 4.01ghz and now Crysis doesnt run at all it just gives a black screen after clicking on icon and then i gives me a "Crysis as stopped working" error. Why is it doing this? Mafia 2 also does the same thing. All of my other games work though..

Nobody can help me with this issue??? As i said all my other games work which is weird and i have 30+ games.
