How to complete rc helicopter mission in vice city??

i am not able to complete rc helicopter mission, no matter how hard i try someone plzz help

What I did was that fly high and don't let those workers hit you. Be fast about it as well. Also try and kill the policemen upstairs, as they shoot you.
