Doom3 suggested graphics settings - WTF?

It's not your card. I've been using a 6600GT at 1024x768, high quality,
all advanced options turned on except vertical sync. It runs pretty
smooth (40-60 fps). The fps drops during monster attacks and steam
effects. CPU is Intel P4 3MHz. RAM is 1G.

Last time I played it was at 1280x1024 and it is mostly very smooth even
at that resolution. There was an occasional problem spot where it hitched
a tad.
