Hello, whenever I try to play CSS and TF2 off steam it all of a sudden instantly quits and I get this error message:
"AppName: hl2.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0012e87c"

Specs are:

Radeon HD 4670 crossfire, AMD Phenom X4 9850 Black Edition, Win XP, 4GB RAM

I also did a HWMonitor test and here's the results:

If anyone could help me I'd be very appreciative. I tried registering an account but I'm getting a 503 Service Unavailable message.

Try clearing the local content and reinstalling.
Try updating drivers
Try with a single GPU.

Tried the first one, except re-installing. The game is like 9GB so it's a pain to download and re-install with my internet cap.

Drivers are updated.

Everytime I try a single GPU after getting the error message it goes back to four GPU.

Thanks for the reply though :) .

does it quit instantly? Edit- oops, that was in the thread title!

When I've had problems with games on steam, deleting everything and reinstalling has fixed them.

hmmm...

Does event viewer show anything when it crashes?
Does your PC crash any other time?
Is your CPU overclocked? GPU?
Can you check your memory with memtest86?
