Percent files for campaign and multiplayer

What is percentage of files actually dedicated to campaign and multiplayer in black ops or any other game.

Just simply.what if someone wanted to just play the campaign part and not the multiplayer.

The core game files are probably the same for both. COD games normally come with separate .exe's for Single and Multiplayer, so you can only play single player if you so prefer.
