Hi to everyone,

I've clean install an Win98 sec. system without the need to install a 3rd party driver, then I put in Office 2000 with Sr-1, after use it for a while on EXCEL when try to print a file, the windows give illegal operation on spool32 error. This system has the same problem before I clean install the win98, the printer that is attach is a HP2100 and I only install as HP2000, so I install driver to make it hp2100, still once in a while the illegal operation shows up. Also when I print sometimes on that printer, there is always a HEART character print out by itself on a page before the actaul document get print, sometimes I got three HEARTs and other times I got one or two??? Can anyone help me on this before I kill the machine, thanks.
