HP LaserJet 2100 Print Only Blanks

Someone in my office said she cleared a paper jam and now the printer
doesn't produce anything but blank pages.

I don't know exactly where the jam occured, but not even the
test/config page shows anything... in other words I hit the job and
go buttons at the same time and only two blank pages print. I
changed out the toner cartridge just to rule out a coincidental empty
toner but got the same result.

When shining a flashlight into the main bay where the toner goes I
can't see any bits of paper left... any ideas on where to check
next?
