Deleting Printer Processes

Archived from groups: comp.sys.hp.hardware (More info?)

Hello,

Sometimes the "PRINTER PROCESS" or "PRINT SPOOLER" freezes.

When I try to "DELETE ALL DOCUMENTS" or "CANCEL ALL DOCUMENTS," those
Tasks take 15 minutes or more to Clear the Spooler!!!

Whats going on?
How can I just Zap the Spooler to attention so I don't have to waste
time waiting??
