Mirror's edge

I've seen a bit of Mirror's edge and been wanting a game that's clean, and refreshing I guess. I could compare it to Portal really.
I've heard mixed reviews, what do you think? Any other games like this, you know?

Mirrors Edge is IMO quite different than other games. I personally really enjoyed it but to be honest, I can't find/recommend any other games like it.

You can probably get the game for pretty cheap nowadays (and the game still looks pretty good). What have you got to lose, really.
