Where's the 4.28 version of Via 4in1 drivers

Also, I remember Bubba saying that it was helpful to load the 4in1 drivers from the CD first and then load the updates. Anyone know how this would be beneficial. Would I have to uninstall the drivers I originally got from the internet first before installing the ones from the CD and then reinstall the downloaded ones. One more thing (sheepishly), would I have to uninstall the 4in1 drivers in safe mode. Thanks for helping with my newbie questions.

you should be able to uninstall them in Windows normally, but it will require a reboot.
