Might consider a DFI TA64-B. Not super feature rich, but rock solid and killer WinTune numbers!!! The only mobo I've got that will actually boot and run reliably at 150FSB. Runnin PIII 667 @ 750(150FSB * 5) for over about a year now... smooth and zippy! Have backed it off to 140 cause its just to smooth burn out and I like it... My Asus and Abit's wont run run up with it - or quite get its numbers!!!

Smooth, simple, NO Quirks. Runs Win 2000 no problems(with cached disks enabled!!!), never a glitch!!!

One nice feature is both both socket370 and slot1!

May be a little boring but my favotite and most reliable workstation!!! Lots to be said for smooth and zippy, with no Quirks or special attention needed, right out of the box!!!

Might also fine one at a good price cause ite last years model...

If you've got an FCPGA processor, I'd recommend the CUSL2-C.

I second the motion on the CUSL2-C. It has every single setting there is for overclocking and can run up to 166MHz FSB stock, up to about 187MHz FSB by putting a dab of heatsink paste under the northbridge heatsink, and even higher when a heasink is palced on the clock chip and a fan on the northbridge! I have seen them go to 247MHz FSB!

Just remember that you'll need some fast memory if you want to go over 150; I suggest Mushkin Revision 3. You can try that sucker out at 178MHz~980Mhz! Also I believe only a GeForce will provide stable video at extremely high bus speeds.
