when they print an email in Outlook (OS is XP) the printer cuts off the
right 3 or 4 letters.
"Fit to Page" on printer didn't do anything...and "fit to page" in
printer preferences did nothing.

Any ideas?

Perhaps Outlook is not set for A4 paper, but the printer is or/and is
using A4 paper.

I was wrong...it's the left side!
Where would you set that in Outlook?
