This is an excellent motherboard for the PIII systems. It will support your processor, provided it is FCPGA. For prices, check Pricewatch (US).

The CUSL2-C is one of the best boards made and supports all socket-type PIII and Celeron processors (including the 866), and gives you the option to overclock the 866 to 975 at 150MHz FSB, and adjust the memory timing to suite your memory's needs.

both boards will work just fine. which is better is more a matter of personal preference. Go with which ever you can pick up cheaper.
