jumper settings, etc for OC

I plan to make a system like the how-to guide Tom added recently. The Athlon800 (oc'd) with the Asus A7V. In the guide and in other articles about oc'ing this combination setting the dip switches is mentioned. Before I purchase all the hardware I would like details on the correct settings, fsb speed, voltage recommendation, etc. I looked around here and didn't really find the answers I need. If anyone could fill me in or give me a link to the info it would be appreciated. I'm assuming these settings are not done in the BIOS but instead are done with the dip switches.

If you haven't bought anythign yet then your in luck because you can buy a board that changes the fsb in the bios, no need to use dip switches. Toms how to was on the older asus board but the new one is much better to use.

which one is recommended? asus uses bios setting for this now?
