I need to know if Asus a7v have setting for multiplier changing in bios or it can only change through dip switch on the mobo. And also does the Abit kt7a-raid have option to change multiplier in their Softmenu 3?

The answers to your questions are both yes, the a7v dip switches need to be set to jumperfree mode.
