Burnout Paradise Ultimate Not Working on Win7 64bit

I have a HP Pavilion dv6 3052nr.The game crashes if run without compatibility mode.If i use the compatibility mode it just keeps on loading and loadin and loading.The config is:
i7 720qm
HD 5650
6gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
500gb(7200rpm)(out of which 250gb is free)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

How can i get the game to run???

Maybe try reinstalling the latest AMD catalyst drivers, or reinstalling the game. Your system should run the game fine, and I don't know of any issues with windows 7 that would force you to run it in compatability mode, the steam version runs fine normally for me and I have the same windows version.

Have the latest ATI catalyst 11.2.Updates just now(was the first thing i did when the game didnt run).Still not working.Gives me an error that application is not working and will be closed(the default windows one).
