i was playing the game battlefiel bad company 2 as a corpral 2 and the game kicked me out and took away my level and everything that i unlocked. i didnt pay it any mind until it took everything that i bought from my account. i dont know what happened and i need help.

go to the EA support for BC2. There is an option for live chat with a service rep. I used it to have them add my veteran rank. I had to wait about 30-40 mins before I got to chat. Give it a try.
