There is no such thing as DDR RAM that runs at 133MHz FSB.

DDR RAM is inherantly (100MHz FSB x double data rate) 200MHz known as PC1600 RAM or (133MHz FSB x double data rate) 266MHz known as PC2100 RAM.

If you are looking for a DDR chipset that supports PC133 RAM, (Meaning that you can run a DDR based 200MHz or 266MHz Bus Athlon while using non-DDR PC133 DIMMs) then yes, the KT133a chipset (as an example) is shipping now on many motherboards and supports PC133 RAM or VCM133 RAM.

Are you asking if there is a DDR motherboard that will run a Pentium III with 133MHz FSB?
