The CPU isn't that good, but at least its overclockable and other things are fine so yes from me too.

Medium Setting probably.

I can play WoW with medium/med high my old system getting an average of 30fps except in the cities which dips to 20.

Athlon XP 6000
2gb Ram
120gb 7200rpm Seagate
ATI HD 3850 AGP
MSI K9MM-V mobo
 
thats a fine graphic card u have, and ur cpu is fine, btw thats amobile chip its usually not recommanded to overclock ur laptop, unless it comes pre-overclocked like alienware or sager, but usually it comes with stock settings,

wow will run fine dude ;)

I find this amusing, since I tried WoW in 07 on a laptop with a 1.8GHz P4 and a 64MB 6600GT.
Yes, you can run WoW.

Minimum specs at blizzard:
