Who Can Help Me With A Build?? Plz??

The Game is Starcraft 2
The Goal is to build a Comp capable of playing it smoothly for the least amount of $$$ as possible.

Now let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I don't know anything about the inside of a comp but I really think the best route for me is the build my own comp. So if you can help me out I will need to know what each item is that I will need( a link to a page explaining it would be great). ALso a place where I can find out tips on how to assemble the pieces once I get them.

But lets get to the hard part first... What all do I need??
