Windows crash

I have been playing world of warcraft for over a year now when i play about 5mins in windows crashes to a light blue screen. I've upgraded drivers and cards. Ran ram and disk checks, ran spybot, and reinstalled game. Still is happening. I'm out of idea's i need help.

It does crash with both online games i have played. I ran dskck and ram test both were good. I never had this problem until recently. I played wow for over a year, and all was fine. I don't unerstand why all of a sudden i am getting blue screen of death.
