I just upgraded to Windows ME after reformatting my hard drive. When I try to get to the properties settings either through right clicking the desktop or through control panel nothing happens. I get an hourglass for like a second after I double click then nothing. Does anybody know how to fix this or what to do?

ME sucks badly and is not worth it.
I bought it and installed it both clean and upgrade but had nothing but headaches either way so I went back to 98SE.
It was a waste of a day and had both hardware and software incompatabilities.
98SE Rules.

Win98SE is faster in most things while booted up, and WinME is faster at bootup. I guess it's personal preference which one you will go with.
