Hello,

I have purchased a couple new DVD's. I am trying to make a backup copy of them but I am having problems. I have used DVDShrink, DVD Decryptor and CloneDVD. With all programs I get copy protection errors. Is there a new copyright protection that is being used that these programs won't work with?

Give DVDXCopy a try. I use it to backup all my dvds and it does it flawlessly.

Slysoft makes a popular combination. use Clone DVD to rip and AnyDVD to remove copy protection. Basically Once the little AnyDVD program is installed it just runs in the background and automatically removes copy-protection so I think any program can rip copy-protected discs. I searched and installed many many programs before deciding on CloneDVD and AnyDVD. Excellent and simply programs. Clone DVD is one-click to copy a DVD. You just click next on a few screens and starts the rip/copy process.
