chipset cooler / FSB overclock

if i'm going to overclock my FSB on an AMD760 chipset, should i invest in a better north bridge heatsink/fan? specifically on an asus A7M266 (yeah, baby, yeah!) also, is it worth it to lap my CPU heatsink? (global win FOP 32)

I would not bother lapping the CPU/Heatsink as it will void your warrantee and the slight roughness provides hold for the compound. I had my CPU start getting hot when the thin film of compound somhow dissappeared.
