Hello,
Got an hp psc1200 printer/scanner/copier. It's exhibiting the same
behavior on 2k/xp so i don't believe this is a windows box. It's printing
eratically, sometimes it takes in all paper in the tray, prints a little on
each sheet, and spits them out. Other times it will only take in a paper by
it's corner and try to pull it through. I've found that feeding in single
sheets eliviates this, but very often it prints multiple copies of the same
document, i specifically inform the printer i want one copy of a short doc
and have to feed in four or five pages because it only works reliably with
single feed. I've tried this on a variety of machines/usb controllers, some
1.1 other 2.0 compatible. I'm hoping there's some kind of software snafu
somewhere. And yes the paper is being fed in properly. I'm stumped. Any help
appreciated.
Thanks.
Dave.
