My thoughts exactly. Its 2011 and the game look like ones from 3-4 years ago. They aren't bad, just not that great. Consoles are really holding back the engine.

Two things:
1) Consoles.
2) They want more people to be able to play their games.

I don't buy the console argument - the engine is there, it's shown to be adaptable and can scale depending on hardware.

If the videos showed console games then fair enough, but Crysis 2's sample looked so much better than everything else.

Does it support AA, because I see alot of jaggies in there or just that I am spoiled by always using 4xAA....
