When I install Gears of War on pc, I have an error message appearing..

Everytime I install Gears of War on my computer, after the installation, a page appears with the Play icon. When I click on it the following error message appear:
computer/program files/Microsoft games/ Gears Of War/ Binaries/ WarGame-G4WLive got an issue. Please reinstall the game.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game around 6 times to always see the same error message. Can you help me to figure out what is the problem?

Change your system date to 2008 it will solve the issue.
