I just finished to build a computer with Athlon 64 3000+ based system on it.
I am trying to find out how Windows XP 64 Bit is and if you guys may shed some of your experiences so far.

Are there issues that limit a user on specific areas?...such as aplications, programs or video games?...can U please share experiences? Thanks

It's pretty nice, the latest release has mainly just a ton more drivers. Runs very well, and for the most part is not visibly all that different from the 32bit version. Granted, one of the chief selling points - DEP (even pointed out in the article talking about the AMD64 chips and the NX code on them) actually works well in X64 rather than the broken implementation of it in the 32 bit SP2.

U R referring to the "latest release"....I understand Microsoft has an upgraded version of this O/S but I have not been able to see at all at the Microsoft Website. Where can I get my hands on it?
