I don't think your vid card will be up for it though.

You must also "plug in" the provided Ubisoft Enema that comes with the game. It's a new form of DRM that Ubisoft use to make sure you're connected all the time.

It's developed in collaboration with Apple, so it does NOT support USB, nor can you change the battery when it dies. So when the Ubisoft Enema goes out of power, your Brotherhood gaming-days are over.
