Read the manuals for both phones. In the back, they have the charger or
phone requirements. Make sure the sizes are the same and the voltages are
teh same, if so, it should work. I would guess offhand that it would work
since the 9900 is a replacement for the 8900 for the most part. Either way,
ask someone at verizon or something, cause if it fits and its wrong, it
could jack it up. If that happens, take it to Verizon and tell them the
phone quit working, they will replace it as has been my experience.

When one looks at the part numbers for both phones, you can clearly see
the power supply’s are EXACTLY THE SAME!

Well, they ain't the same. I bought one from the Verizon web sire
designed for the 8900, and it would not fit the 9900 -- the
connector was too long. Probably the same voltage/current, and it
it did seem to comment, but it is too long to toally insert.
