Metro 2033 demo torrent?

My internet does not allow fast downloads of items. I get maybe 150Kb/s at max and want to download the metro 2033 demo which is free.problem being I can not leave this running for 6 hours at a time to download the file from download website. Is there a torrent for the demo or a way I can close the download and continue it later? Steam does not have the demo so that is out of it.

GamersHell.com simple as that they have a link for direct downloads and for Torrents aswell since its unlimited speed.. not like the others.
