Does intel hd graphics support intel GMA x4500

Hello,
friends' i need ur favour regarding games which are going on today in market.As i'm very fond of playing (racing alot)game. Therefore, i wanna know i can follow game:
NFS Hot Persuit 2010
Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
( i'd played it's previous part POP 4(2008) at medium settings, worked good bt not perfect!

well, if you have this configuration, "Intel GMA X4500 (in-build in gigabyte motherboard GA-G41M-Combo), 2gb ram, dual core 2.8 or 3.0 whatever" , then you can play Forgotten Sand on medium settings perfectly.. but Hot Pursuit 2010 needs a good graphic card with this configuration also! You can play Hot Pursuit 2010 with this confg, but not so perfectly!! ok
