A jurassic park themed game that involves the player fighting dinosaurs?
A mod called Dino D-Day allows the player to fight Nazi's and Dinosaurs. If you have Half Life 2, you might be interested.
The only game I have really taken interest to with dinosaurs (Not Trexs' themselves) was Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis. It allowed you to build your own jurassic park and manage it to become a success or failure, while allowing you to control passenger vehicles and guard choppers. Herbivores are generally safe, although their not as exciting. Where-as carnivores are overly exciting, but can contract dangerous diseases that may distress them into breaking free.
