I have been at Abit's site trying to dowload a BIOS update. I cannot connect to any of the following:

ftp://ftp.abit.com.tw/pub/bios/bh6/bh6ss.exe

nor its mirrors.

I tried using my browser (IE). I also dowloaded FTP sotfware, but nothing works. Neither are ever able to connect. Help!

Hasn't anyone ever update their Abit BIOS?!!!

DON"T use the FTP sites. Just X out of that FTP screen. I had no trouble downloading my BX6 BIOS.

Try going to www.awardsoftware.com and download the BIOSwizard. This is pretty cool as it reads all the info and redirects you to a page that contains info on the latest BIOS update for your MB. I have the KT7A and I got the WZ version update quite easily. The site is just very slow - Thank God the files are small!!!!

I had the same problem today when looking for a bm6 manual.
Found a good ftp site with all the BIOS updates and manuals.
