Company of heroes bugsplat error

I can't seem to install the game , its an original version but whenever the setup file opens it shows bugsplat.dll not found pls reinstall the game.When i haven't installed the game prior to it how can it show the error?

Here is the bugsplat.dll : http://dllcentral.com/bugsplat.dll/3.1.0/…download it and then extract the downloaded zip file to the system32 folder which is located in windows folder (that is located in your main drive which contains the installed windows)
