Splinter Cell always freezes; crc error at setup

When I play Splinter Cell always after a short time it makes a strange noise and freezes. The only way to get out is to press the reset button. This especially happens every time when I make changes in the settings and afterwords get back to game get bach to game from the menu. It wasnt as worse in the training, but it is in the first mission. I also tried to reinstall the game a few times, but on each installation (also at the first one) I exactly the same error when I install from disk 3:

CRC error: The file C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Splinter Cell\Videos\2_1_0CIA-Osprey.bik doesnt match the file in the setup's .cab file. The medium from which you runnning the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor.

I also tried to update Splinter Cell to version 1.1, but it didnt change anything about the freezes.
